GET A GRIP teenz™ is a self-awareness & educational program on life, relationships and the body.

GET A GRIP teenz™ is running in schools and youth organisations across the country.  This eight week program for Grade 8 / 9 students (13 years and above), promotes smart choices and healthy relationships by answering the “Why?" and "Why not?” of sexual relationships. Teens are encouraged to take a closer look at prevailing social attitudes; learn about the connection between sex and intimacy; and gain a greater understanding of life, relationships and the body.
